Access to Exeter Bursaries 2010/11-UK

The University of Exeter offers The Access to Exeter Bursaries for the year 2010/11 in UK

The University of Exeter is committed to providing equality of opportunity to applicants from all economic backgrounds and to minimising financial obstacles to higher education. Our bursaries are in addition to the maintenance grant that is awarded by the Government.


Eligibility:

It available to students from anywhere in the UK with a low household income (in line with the thresholds used by the DIUS, Student Loans Company and Local Education Authorities).


Bursary Details:

The UK Access to Exeter Bursary scheme is a guaranteed, non-competitive bursary of up to £1,500 per year, available to students from anywhere in the UK with a low household income (in line with the thresholds used by the DIUS, Student Loans Company and Local Education Authorities). All students who qualify to receive the full Government Maintenance Grant will receive the minimum standard bursary of £384. Additional support is also allocated if you are from a household with an income of less than £35,000 per year.


How to Apply:

To be considered for a UK Access to Exeter Bursary in 2010/11, you must:

  1. Complete an ‘Application for Student Finance’ for the 2010/11 academic year.
  2. Have applied to, and been offered, a place on a full time undergraduate programme of study at the University of Exeter
  3. Accept the terms and conditions of the bursary for 2010/11. Your enrollment with the University for the academic year 2010/11 will act as your acceptance to the terms and conditions of the bursary.
