Position Description:
The University of Malaya is the first and top institution of higher learning in Malaysia, founded 1905 and located in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur. In line with our rapid growth and international stature, we seek experienced, highly motivated and research oriented individuals to join our university in the following fields:-
(1) Economics of South Asia; (2) International Relations of South Asia; (3) Politics of South Asia; (4) Culture & Thoughts of South Asia;(5) Indian Studies; (6) Indian Literature; (7) Socioculture of the Indian Community
Position Requirements:
Applicants must possess PhD or equivalent professional qualification in their respective field. Applicants must also have good command of the English and / or the Malay Language.

Position Duration:
One (1) year initially, renewable up to three (3) years; subject to performance and deemed as required for extension.
