UNESCO and The People’s Republic of China offers The The Great Wall Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme for the year 2010/11 in China
With a view to promoting international exchanges in the field of education, culture, communication, science and technology, and to enhancing friendship among peoples of the world, the Government of the People’s Republic of China has placed at the disposal of UNESCO, under the sponsorship of the Organization, twenty five fellowships for advanced studies and two more fellowships on agriculture-related subjects specially at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These fellowships are for the benefit of developing Member States in Africa, Asia and the Pacific and certain countries in the Arab States.

The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) offers The Cooperation Taiwan (NSC) Research Programs to Dutch and Taiwanese researchers for the year 2010/11 in China and Netherlands
NWO has a cooperation agreement with the National Science Council of Taiwan (NSC). With this both organisations want to facilitate the contact between Dutch and Taiwanese researchers.

NWO has a cooperation agreement with the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in Beijing.The programme gives Chinese researchers the opportunity of a short stay in the Netherlands and Dutch researchers the chance to visit China. The programme also helps to fund joint seminars held in China or the Netherlands.

The Short-term Scholarship Scheme is offered to Foreign Teachers of Chinese Language for the year 2010/11 in China
The Short-term Scholarship Scheme for Foreign Teachers of Chinese Language is set up by the Ministry of Education of P. R. China (hereinafter referred to as MOE) with a view to help overseas professional teachers of Chinese language to improve their teaching skills and to facilitate the cooperation and exchanges in Chinese language teaching among teachers from different nations. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) is authorized to handle the enrollment and carry out the routine management of this scholarship program. Recruitment quota for 2010 will be specified according to MOE Scholarship Scheme.
