The Office for Science and Technology of the Embassy of France in the United States offers The Scientific Chateaubriand Fellowships for the year 2010/11 in France
The Chateaubriand Fellowship is a grant offered by the Office for Science and Technology of the Embassy of France in the United States. Every year, it allows students enrolled in American universities – PhD Candidates (preferably) or Post docs (in specific cases) – to conduct research in a French laboratory (public or private) for a 3 to 10 month period of time.

The Alexandre Yersin Excellence Scholarship are offered to Hong Kong or Macau permanent residents for the academic year 2010/11 in France
For the 11th consecutive year, the Consulate General offers Six Excellence Scholarships to Hong Kong & Macau students. The scholarship includes:
an allowance of €909 per month (around 10,000 HKD)
social welfare, public liability and repatriation insurance
accommodation help (”EGIDE” offers services to help students to find accommodation) and social as well cultural activities guide.

Harvard Kennedy School, UK offers Augustus Clifford Tower Fellowships to Harvard College Graduates for the year 2010 to be held in France
The Tower Fellowship provides a stipend of approximately $20,000 for one academic year of study at a university in France. Students must be graduates of Harvard College and must have completed at least one year of graduate study at the time of application. Advanced knowledge of spoken French is also required (a special selection committee will interview finalists in French).
