The VINNMER Fellowship Programme is offered for the year 2010/11 to Female Scientists in Sweden
The long-term objective of the VINNMER programme is to help to increase the number of postgraduates that can become the leaders of the future at universities/colleges, centres, research institutes and companies. One of the weaknesses that VINNOVA has identified in the current system is that relatively few women qualify compared to the number of men. VINNMER therefore aims to increase the opportunities for women postgraduates to qualify as researchers after gaining their PhDs.

The Blekinge Institute of Technology offers The Erasmus Exchange Programme for the year 2010/11 to International Applicants in Sweden
Each year BTH offers exchange seats to students within the European Erasmus progamme, the NORDTEK network and the Swedish Linnaeus- Palme programme. Apart from our European and Nordic partner universities, the Institute has bilateral agreements with universities around the world, for example in the United States, China, India Thailand, Australia, Brazil and South Africa. If your university is participating in the Erasmus agreement programme, you can study a t BTH for one or two semesters as an Erasmus exchange student.

This is a program for citizens of Turkey. Since 2002, around 20 Turkish students annually are awarded scholarships for master’s degree studies in Sweden within the Swedish-Turkish scholarship program.

Guest Scholarship Program is offered for PhD and post-doctoral studies for the year 2010/11 in Sweden
The program is open to candidates from three different categories of countries that determine certain aspects of the program:
- Candidates coming from all countries on the Development Assistance Committee list of recipients of Official Development Assistance, the so-called ODA recipients.
- Candidates coming from the following countries: France, Germany, Great Britain, Japan and the United States.
- Candidates coming from the following countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Serbia.
