The Cambridge University offers The Raymond & Helen Kwok Research Scholarships for the year 2010/11 to men and women from mainland People’s Republic of China in UK
Jesus College invites applications for the 2010/11 Research Scholarship. The holder of the Scholarship must be, or seek to be, a candidate for the degree of Ph.D in the University of Cambridge. The Scholarship is tenable in any subject relevant to China’s needs and is open to men and women from mainland People’s Republic of China.
Eligibility:
- It is open to men and women from mainland People’s Republic of China.
- The holder of the Scholarship must have graduated by August 2010.
- The Scholarship is intended for candidates who have already been awarded, or are likely to graduate with, first class honours or equivalent.
Application Process:
- An application form for this Scholarship may be obtained from http://www.jesus.cam.ac.uk/admissions/postgraduate/finance/KwokScholapplicform.pdf or from the Graduate Tutor, Jesus College Cambridge, CB5 8BL, United Kingdom.
- Completed applications should be received no later than 1 May 2010.
- An elected student will be required to come into residence as a member of the College in October 2010. It is normally possible to provide rented College accommodation for a single person for a maximum of three years. The College has a very limited number of furnished flats available for graduates with partners.
